Silver Salmon Supreme$35
Fresh salmon filled with a Dungeness crab, bay shrimp and smoked gouda stuffing. Oven poached in white wine and lemon, finished with chives and beurre rouge sauce.
The queen of steaks broiled medium rare. Served with bearnaise sauce. 6oz filet mignon broiled medium-rare. Served with our grilled seafood cakes with a smoked salmon cream.
Parmesan & Herb Encrusted Halibut$36
Fillet of halibut encrusted with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese. Served with sautéed gulf shrimp and a dijon hollandaise sauce.
Filet Mignon and Seafood Cakes$37
6oz filet mignon broiled medium-rare. Served with our grilled seafood cakes with a smoked salmon cream.
Broiled Pesto Chicken$24
Breast of chicken marinated in a light lemon herb olive oil; flame-seared and finished in the oven with a fresh sweet basil pesto, tomatoes and parmesan cheese.
Roast Prime Rib$28
Served medium rare with creamed horseradish and au jus.
Grilled breast of chicken topped with Dungeness crab, fresh asparagus and bearnaise sauce.
Grilled Wild Rice Polenta$22
House made polenta with roasted red pepper and wild rice grilled in olive oil. Served on a roasted tomato coulis and finished with sauteed mushrooms, carmelized onions, and drizzled with a chimichurri sauce. Served with steamed broccoli.
All dinner entrees served with tossed salad, vegetables du jour, sourdough bread and choice of: garlic mashed potatoes, roasted new potatoes or fruited rice pilaf.
